Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with strict health, safety, and quality control standards, all sales of research material peptides are final.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, safety, and proper handling of all products.

Exceptions may only be considered if:

• You receive an incorrect item; or
• Your order arrives damaged or defective.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence, and we will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
